Enjoy a relaxing outdoor yoga class and learn all about the wellness benefits of CBD from our experts! Joining us in the spa are both Julie, our Health Coach, and owner of R&R Hemp Farm- Tasha. These knowledgable women will help inform on the health benefits of CBD, what goes into the process of producing CBD products, and the how/why/what to applying this knowledge in our own lives! CBD products will be available for purchase in the spa.

Courtney, our fitness instructor, will lead you through a peaceful yoga class intended to help you find a sense of "calm" in the mind and body.
