Mama’s can experience lots of changes in their body occurring throughout the pregnancy and there are many benefits to receiving a pregnancy massage therapy.  Regular massage eases leg, hip, and back cramps. Massage has even been shown to reduce anxiety and we all know tensions can run high carrying a little life with you. If you are a high-risk pregnancies we ask for that to be cleared by a doctor first. If you have any apprehension about receiving a pregnancy massage, talking with your doctor can help. A facial massage stimulates the body's natural lymphatic process, assisting in flushing out excess fluid and toxins from the skin tissues and transports important nutrients to where they're needed most. Detoxify & decongest the skin's surface with a deep cleanse, followed by detoxification of the deeper tissues using manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). This gentle, rhythmic massage uses a circular motion over the lymph nodes to stimulate the lymphatic system, improving dull, puffy & congested skin. This treatment is beneficial for many conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, sinus congestion, lymphedema, & fluid retention.

We incorporate manual lymphatic drainage facial massage techniques along with our HydraFacial lymphatic therapy treatment. After the treatment we finish with 40 mins in our Infrared Sauna to further the detoxification process.
