Cacao is so much more than just a tasty treat! It is a sacred master plant and teacher, which carries a powerful medicine that nourishes our soul, and connects us to our body when honored in ceremony.Â
On this Full Moon, Veronica will guide us through connection and meditation with Cacao. Together, we will create a safe space to open our hearts with Cacao and community. The full moon will assist us in magnifying emotional wounds and restrictions, while cacao eases us into Trust.Â
Please dress comfortably and bring a journal and pen to record your experience, if desired. Expect to be surrounded by warm souls in the coziness of the spa. If you'd like to bring a blanket/pillow/yoga mat for extra comfort, please do so!Â
