Join us in nature to uncover the seasons that teach and inspire us as we learn and grow. This outdoor class is created for adults and kids that want to learn more about our natural environment and the reason for the seasons. This nature immersion class stimulates all of your senses and can bring trust, relaxation and confidence into your life. Herbalist and Master Naturalist, Jayme Hanna, is joined with Kendall Buie, Herbalist, Homesteader and Certified Forest Kindergarten Teacher.
The 2 hour class will be held at Broemmelsiek Park (meet in parking lot of Shelter #2). We will gather for tea, hike and will enjoy a craft suited for adults and kids. Children must be over the age of 6 to attend and must be accompanied by an adult. Bring water, snacks, appropriate clothing, a change of clothing for kids (we’ll meet rain or shine).Â
