Join us in nature to uncover the seasons that teach and inspire us as we learn and grow. The outdoor class is created for adults and kids that want to learn more about our natural environments and the reason for the seasons. This nature immersion class stimulates all your senses and can bring trust, relaxation and confidence into your life. Herbalist and Master Naturalist, Jayme Hanna, is joined with Kendall Buie, Herbalist, Homesteader and Certified Forest Kindergarten Teacher.
The 2 hour class will be held at Broemmelsiek Park (meet in parking lot of Shelter #2). We will gather for tea, hike and will enjoy a craft suited for adults and kids. Children must be over the age of 6 to attend. Bring water, snacks, appropriate clothing (we’ll meet rain or shine), a change of clothing for kids.
