Setting the Scene for Self Care

Updated: Aug 27

As soon as you walk into the spa the aroma of the space alone should start to make you feel more at ease than before. We hope that the spa is a sanctuary for you, and we try to create that with the smells and sounds here. Soft running water, slow, dreamy music fills the space and helps you slip into relaxation that much more easily.

We smudge daily, making sure to remove any unwanted energies left to linger in the space. You can truly feel the love and dedication that pours out of each one of us filling the spa the moment you step inside. This is a creative, collaborative space and you can see and feel that energy exuding from every crystal, every piece of art and even every product in our boutique. Each thing is placed and organized with intention to create the most inviting environment possible. We work so hard together to create a space that is warm, welcoming and grounding for us and our guests.

We are so intentional in making each person that walks through our doors feel welcomed and cared for. We offer water before, after and during your sessions to make sure we are moving through as much as we can physically and energetically. We check in regularly to confirm that you are feeling comfortable and relaxed.

We fill the spa with lots of nature; things that connect us back to our roots and keep us grounded, but we've also add a touch of luxury so that the pampering feels abundant. We want you to feel rich in the spa. Rich with love and gratitude, healing and self care.

The spa is an escape, an escape from the business, the craziness of our lives but also a place to help you create a life that you love on the outside. To clear your mind and focus on the things that truly matter. Nothing is easy, sometimes especially healing and you shouldn’t have to do that all on your own.

So we’ll be here ready to catch you when you take the leap into self care, into healing and investing in yourself. Come give us a try, I really think you’re going to love it here.
